We have been back home from our recent nice trip and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the assistance you gave us in putting together our custom individualized trip to Western Mongolia. Everything went well and we did enjoy our trip and appreciate the expertise from you and your staffs.
We felt very well cared for by the whole great team and would like to express our heartfelt thanks to them all who made this trip so memorable.
Our friendly & flexible tour guide Mr. Kenzo who has showed us around amazing sights and provided us with historical and anecdotal information about so many different things. The chef lady is really fantastic and full of talent, she has given us a great dining experience (4 course meal) in the wild. All the meals were so delicious & with no repetition of dishes throughout the whole trip. Well done!
We were especially grateful to the boy assistant who used to light up the stove in our ger every early morning & evening to ensure our warmth & comfort while we were resting.
He also tried his very best to ensure our safety in the wilderness while we were enjoying our adventurous activities.
Our driver is pleasant and kind, his driving skills is excellent. Though we were not able to communicate among each other in common language, he could perceive our needs via body language & his good observation. He knew where are the beautiful scenery spots & even would look for interesting animals for us to take pics while we were on the way.
